You have two options, depending on what you want to delete.
In the app: Settings → Data → Delete all data. On the web (app.finantrix.cc): Settings → Data & sync → Delete all data.
It instantly deletes your accounts, transactions, categories, loans, budgets and subscriptions, from the device and from our servers. Your account still exists and you can use it again.
It deletes your account, your email and all your data. It's immediate:
To confirm, you'll be asked to type DELETE (ELIMINAR if you use Finantrix in Spanish).
Can't sign in to your account?
Write to us at [email protected] from the same email you signed up with, so we can verify that the account is yours. We process it within 30 days at most, usually in less than 7, and confirm by email.

| Data a partner entered in their own account | It belongs to that person and stays in their account. If it was in a space you created, it becomes theirs alone. |
| Backups you exported | They stay on your device; you can delete them yourself. |
Server backups: we make a daily backup so we can recover from failures. Your data may remain in those backups for up to 30 days, and then it disappears on its own. They aren't used for anything else, except as required by law.
Before deleting: if you want to keep your history, export your data from Settings → Data. After deletion, it can't be recovered.
